Jay has been amazing. Molly listens, follows directions, walks properly in her leash, comes and stays when requested. She is now a wonderful part of my family. Even my 4 yr old granddaughter can walk her with ease! Would highly recommend Jay for anything type of dog - especially the wild child ones! Thanks Jay!!! 😍

Jay did the impossible.
I contacted Alpha and Omega when we got our ~3 year old rescue pit. She was very sweet, but untrained and had a lot of separation anxiety. Almost immediately after we got her we found out we needed to move across the state, so we knew we needed to work quickly. Jay came out for a consultation a few days later, explained his philosophy and within just the first few sessions she was already showing impressive results. Within a month Jay and I had her heeling off leash, staying on her spot, and being an all around pretty well-behaved dog!
Jay was very accommodating. He checked in with me often and always made sure I understood not just the assignment, but the reasoning behind it. Very happy to report that the transition to the new city went smoothly and we continue to apply what Jay taught us.

By far one of the best dog training experiences I've had. I found A&O after a lot of online research. I have a service dog named Jade and she needed retraining as due to COVID-19 my routine and household composition changed. Setting up the appointment was easy, I liked that they met me and Jade at home at a time that worked for me. They listened and provided me with custom made training to tackle the specific issues we needed to addressed. Trainer Ashley is AWESOME!! She made sure to adjust to my schedule as I had weird work hrs and was in middle of moving out of state. She communicated constantly and was punctual. Loved how Ashley also brought her dog to help work some of the issues I had with Jade. Definitely worth the time, effort and money. Jades behavior started improving quickly and as Ashley pointed out MY training also started giving results. I would definitely recommend her as a trainer, she listens and is not afraid to let you know when you need to fix something. However she was always respectful and professional but still very friendly. Thank you Ashley for all your hard work. Jade and myself are happier as a result. Will keep in touch.
