Lead Trainer
Jay

With over 25 years of experience, Jay turned his journey from frustrated dog owner to Master Dog Trainer into the foundation of AlphA and Omega Dog Training. After completing a rigorous apprenticeship with top industry professionals, Jay developed a balanced, humane training approach rooted in proven methods. His passion for dog behavior and training psychology drives every session—helping families across Tampa Bay and Southwest Florida build lasting, respectful relationships with their dogs.

Karlon

Based in the Greater Cleveland area, Karlon plays a key role in developing our trainers and overseeing programs that help dogs successfully integrate into the AlphA and Omega Pack. With extensive experience in dog psychology and behavior, he brings expert guidance to both clients and team members. Karlon is known for his leadership, educational outreach, and commitment to compassionate, results-driven dog training across Northeast Ohio.
